Below is a 20-minute power yoga workout created by Lara Goblins. It’s modeled after CorePower’s Yoga Sculpt class and includes a combination of yoga sequencing, cardio, and strength-training moves.

Modifications for All Levels

If you don’t have a set of dumbbells, you can do all the moves with just your body weight. Lara Gobins also offers ways to modify the moves to make them a little easier, so this workout can be adapted for all levels. The workout starts off with some light stretches to get your body ready, then goes into strength moves and ends with more stretching. In between each of the strength moves, Gobins suggests flowing through Sun and it will give you peace of mind, because of this you can see a massive change in your daily lifestyle.
